During April-August, we have adapted our booking conditions to make you feel safe when visiting us. We are very happy if you still want to book activities with us, and help us through this tough time for many companies, and should this period need to be extended, we will do so.

Terms and Conditions: BOOKING OF ACTIVITY
To book, you must have turned 18 years old or have your guardians approval to participate in the activities. It is important that you understand our height limits and safety regulations. When booking, a spot needs to be booked for each person who will climb, according to the length category in which they belong.
Please note that you have no right to cancel or rebook when you book your activity with short notice (e.g. 2 days before your activity).
For bookings of 10 participants or more, cancellation of the entire activity or individual spots must be made no later than 15 days before the set activity date. Cancellations later than 15 days before the activity will not be refunded.
For bookings of 1-9 participants, cancellation of the entire activity or individual spots must be made no later than 7 days before the set activity date. Cancellations later than 7 days before the activity will not be refunded.
Please note that this cancellation policy also applies if you only have to change the number of participants and cancel e.g. only two spots.
Cancellation must be done by email to , and you must receive a confirmation by us that the cancellation has been completed. You can also call us, see our contact information and phone hours HERE.
For bookings of 10 participants or more, re-booking to another date or time must be done no later than 7 days before the set activity date.
For bookings of 1-9 participants, re-booking to another date or time must be done no later than 3 days before the set activity date, e.g. due to the weather forecast or other personal reasons.
IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU BOOKED FOR BECOMES SICK
Right now, we have free re-booking to another date, even if you become sick the same day you are supposed to visit us. If you or someone you booked for shows any symptoms such as sore throat, cough or fever, you should stay at home to avoid the risk of spreading it on.
For groups of 10 participants or more, you will receive a voucher for the participant(s) who cannot participate in the activity, which can be used at a later date.
For bookings of 1-9 participants, you can re-book the entire group to another date, or get a voucher for the participant(s) who cannot participate in the activity, which can be used at a late date.
If you feel the slightest signs of symptoms - stay home and call us as soon as possible and we will help you with your booking. You will find our contact details and telephone times HERE.
If we need to close up our business, e.g. if staff show symptoms and need to stay at home or if the authorities' recommendations are changed so we are not allowed to stay open, we will contact you as soon as possible with information. We appreciate if you have the opportunity to move your activity to another day, but if that is not possible you will, of course, get the money back.
IF THE ACTIVITY NEEDS TO CANCELLED DUE TO THE WEATHER
It is still possible to climb even if it rains. Bring clothes according to the weather, or if you wish, you can use your rebooking right and rebook at least 3 days before, if you think the forecast looks too unstable for your taste.
Should it begin to thunder and the weather becomes a safety issue, we may need to pause or cancel the activity. This is an assessment that the staff need to make on site the very same day. Most often, we can pause the climbing e.g. 30 minutes, then continue if the thunder has moved past us, and you will get the paused time added on to your time. Should we have to close completely, we will contact you as soon as we can, and you may move the activity to another day instead. If you cannot re-book for another day, you will, of course, receive the money back if we decide that we cannot be open due to the weather.
Terms and Conditions: Purchase of GIFT CARDS
You are responsible for ensuring that you have filled in the correct information when purchasing gift cards. Incorrect deliveries or other problems caused by incorrect information, will not be replaced.
You have the right to regret your gift card purchase within 14 days from the purchase. However, the purchase can only be reimbursed as long as the gift card has not been used in any way. If you wish to regret your gift card purchase, you need to contact us by email to and receive a written confirmation.
Storage of Personal Data
When you make a booking or purchase at Upzone, you also agree that we, as personal data controller, register and process the information you provide in connection with the booking to the extent necessary for us to carry out the activity and give you a high standard of customer service. You can at any time contact us at if you want to know more or retrieve the information we have stored.
We only use the information within the Upzone Franchise Group and the information is not passed on to third parties unless we are required by law to disclose the information.
