We are open every day that we have bookings. Please check the bookings calendar to see available start times.
Note! The bookings calender continually updates and we can add more start times if we have a large amount of bookings.
No start time on the day you want? Contact us to see if it is possible to open up a new time.


Safety regulations
At Upzone safety comes first. Before the adventure begins our instructors will hold a safety briefing to make sure that everybody knows our rules and can manage our safety equipment.
Children between 6 and 7 need 1 adult per max 5 children keeping wach from the ground. (Only avaliable in Borås)
Children between the ages 8-10 are not allowed to climb on their own, meaning that for every 2 children there needs to be 1 (actively climbing) adult. Once you turn 11 you can  climb on your own with guardian consent.

Complete safety provisions and terms and conditions will be sent together with your booking confirmation, which you will receive once you have completed your booking. We would like to ask you to print, read and sign the terms and conditions prior to your arrival.


Terms and conditions

Booking policy
Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up 7 days prior to your booked time. Cancellations made later than 7 days before the booking are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling for another day can be made no later than 3 days before a booked time.
For groups with 10 participant or more, cancellations must be no later than 15 days before the event, and rescheduling no later than 7 days before the event. If participants do not show up or the booking is not cancelled in time, you will be charged for the unused slot.

These booking policies have been put in place because of limited number of spaces and large demand. The person making the booking is responsible for informing all participants of our booking policies.
For places that are booked through an invoice, the invoice will be sent to the person who booked if you do not show up.

If you have made a bookingreservation and would like to add to your booking, you can do so through the booking calendar. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to book more places but you can email or call us if you need help with the booking.

If your group consists of more than more than the amout of avaliable spaces or there are not enough spaces left available during the time you wish please contact us.

Upzone reserves the right to cancel climbing if the weather is not suitable (storm, snow or lightning) or in the event that it is unsafe to climb. We will contact you immediately if the activity must be cancelled in which case you will be able to reschedule for another time.
FAQ

Q: Can I pay by card?
A: Yes! Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Make sure that you bring waterproof layers since we still operate in rainy conditions unless it is extremely heavy. If the weather is a safety risk, we will contact you and let you reschedule to another day.

Q: What happens if there is lightning?
A: If there is lightning and the climbing is cancelled or postponed our staff will contact everyone who has made a booking. Should the weather turn bad whilst customers are climbing the parkmanager or staff member in charge for the day will make the decision if the climbing will continue, be postponed or cancelled. We cannot control the weather and we reserve the right to cancel all climbing if there is a safety risk.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Bring good shoes, no heels or slippers. Running shoes are ideal. You are not allowed to wear any jewelery so take it off before you visit us. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move around freely and if you have long hair please tie it back! Remember that during summer it can get pretty hot, and during autumn and spring it rains quite a bit and can get cold. Dress accordingly!

Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Absolutely! Just remember that if you take a break in your climbing time you will not get extra time. You are welcome to arrive earlier and use our picnic benches or stay afterwards. We also have a shop where you can purchase refreshments.

Q: Is it possible to BBQ?
A: You are welcome to bring disposable BBQs and BBQ in authorised areas.

Q: Can I watch?
A: Yes! You can walk around and follow your group as they climb. It does not cost anything to be in the park.

Q: Can I bring my mobile phone to take pictures?
A: No, you may not have any loose objects where there is a risk of dropping them down onto other visitors in the park. Cameras that can be attached such as GoPros are fine.
